CareerSocius is a social enterprise based in Singapore that seeks to maximize the career potential of all job-seekers.

We help to enhance your personal brand to enable you to clinch your dream jobs and help you better navigate your career journey through one-to-one services, career workshops and digital courses.

Our mission is for everyone, irrespective of their background, to have the opportunity to better their job and career prospects.

We are committed to providing an end-to-end experience that impacts every client that has reached out to us. Providing branding services is not just a touch-and-go transaction. We at CareerSocius are driven by the purpose of helping you land a job that maximises your potential; walking the journey with you from start to end as a buddy would.

4. Why did we create CareerSocius?

We have all been through the job-hunting phase, or have people close to our heart who were uncertain of what to do to clinch their first job. Sometimes we just need a little push to land a job we are aiming for, or are caught in a situation where it is difficult to return to the workforce after taking a break work.

As fellow Singaporeans, we want to help those who are facing these struggles, and we believe that we can make an impact. CareerSocius is our way of helping those in need!

About Our Branding Partners

1. Who are our Branding Partners (i.e. Resume Writers)?

Our team consists of professionals in Singapore from diverse industries, dedicated to helping you clinch your dream job. We have professionals with specialized experience in banking & finance, recruitment, consulting, aviation, technology, FMCG, manufacturing, engineering, IT, Fintech, e-commerce, digital marketing and more. Our wide pool of industry and functional experts helps to ensure that we can match you with a Branding Partner that strongly matches your needs.

2. What qualifications do CareerSocius’ Branding Partners have?

CareerSocius recruits and vets our Branding Partners based on the quality of their writing, their industry expertise, and the value they can bring to our clients. We are currently a team of close to 30 Branding Partners who have been through the job search process ourselves and are committed to helping others in their journey too.

3. Does CareerSocius provide resuming writing for specialized fields?

Our Branding Partners provide resume writing for all industries, which includes both private and public sectors. They are well-versed in crafting a personal brand that is customized according to the position and industry you are applying for. We also serve job-seekers in every stage of their lives, including graduates, young working professionals and mid-career professionals.

4. How do I collaborate with my Branding Partner?

Our resume-writing process is a collaborative one, between you and our Branding Partner. We use your existing resume as a primary source of information. If you don’t have one currently, don’t worry! A Branding Partner will be assigned to you to arrange a call and find out the necessary information required to craft your resume from scratch. In addition, your Branding Partner will work towards understanding your career aspirations and clarify your past experiences.

5. Does CareerSocius provide additional career-related services?

In addition to providing branding services, it is our goal to help you find a meaningful job that maximizes your potential. Your Branding Partner will follow-up with you to provide guidance and advice during your job search and selection process. At the moment, we do not provide job-matching services, but would be happy to share some suggestions and tips on how to best secure a job.

About Our Services

1. How much does your service cost?

We offer 3 branding packages to all job-seekers – graduates, young working professionals or mid-career professionals:

i) Starter Package - $80 (Resume, Cover Letter or LinkedIn Creation)

ii) Combo Package - $130 (Resume + Cover Letter or LinkedIn Creation)

iii) All-Star Package - $150 (Resume + Cover Letter + LinkedIn Creation)

In addition, we have an interview preparation package ($80) where you will get to benefit from expert advice, personalized one-to-one coaching, and a mock interview practice with feedback provided.

If you purchase one of our 3 branding packages, the interview preparation package will be offered at a discounted price of $60 to you!

Driven by our social mission of providing equal opportunities for all job-seekers, we offer differential pricing for individuals from the lower-income bracket. Simply show us your Blue CHAS card or Public Assistance card upon submission of your request to enjoy up to 50% discount, and Orange CHAS card to get a 20% discount. Read more here.

2. How and when do I pay for your service?

Payment can be made through PayNow, internet banking/bank transfer or credit card (i.e. Visa/Mastercard). Payment details will be made known to you while submitting your request on our form, where you will be prompted to make payment and send us a proof of payment to confirm your request for our branding service.

3. How does the resume-writing process work?

Our resume-writing process is a collaborative one, between you and our branding buddy. We use your old resume as a primary source of information. If you don’t have one currently, don’t worry! Your assigned Branding Partner will arrange a call with you first to discuss find out the necessary information needed to craft your resume from scratch in addition to understanding how we can best serve you.

4. How long does the process take?

The review process will usually take about 7-15 working days or longer, depending on the timeliness of collaboration between you and your Branding Partner. Please let us know if you need your resume urgently for a job application and we will assist to expedite the process.

5. Will my privacy be protected?
